After our first campout of the season hit some snags with our reserved campground wanting us to self-quarantine for 14 days when entering their state, etc., etc., we ended up at Lake George’s King Phillips Campground with full hookups but office, laundry, bathrooms, pavilion, etc., closed. We had gotten approval to use the pavilion if we used our own chairs and sat 6 feet apart and, by the time we got there they had opened bathrooms and showers and later opened the laundry. It was a strange gathering with everyone bringing all their own food (we provided coffee with a no-contact dispenser) and one meal where we ordered individual dinners delivered to us at the campground and a social-distanced campfire but it was good to get out and to see our friends again. Masks were worn for our group
